Robin VanBurik is the Service Manager of Ancora's broker dealer and works closely with Ancora Advisors to assure that new managed and mutual fund client accounts are setup to receive the service levels required by the customer. In addition, Mrs. VanBurik is responsible for processing day to day business in customer accounts, depositing funds, IRA Rollovers, wire requests, and other special transactions.

Mrs. VanBurik is Ancora's key customer contact. Whether a client requires online access, or has special needs with regard to legal paperwork, Mrs. VanBurik will make certain that documents and transaction  requests are processed correctly. Mrs. VanBurik also works closely with Ancora Securities clearing entities to solve problems if they arise.

Mrs. VanBurik also provides valuable assistance fulfilling to Ancora Securities regulatory requirements, maintaining customer and broker dealer records, and working closely with Ancora's compliance department to assure that compliance requirements are fulfilled when dealing with customer accounts.

Prior to joining Ancora, Mrs. VanBurik was an Assistant Vice President and Operations Manager with Maxus Investment Group, where she lead her team working with institutional trading desks and the account services group of the securities clearing firm.  Mrs. VanBurik was named Vice President of Trading and Operations in 1999.

Mrs. VanBurik earned a B.A. in Humanities from John Carroll University. She is a member of the NASD Series 55 Review Committee, and a registered General Principal.
